1. Where are you located?

Our store is based in 6000 E Admiral Pl Suite A, Tulsa, OK 74115 United States which is also our warestock that we ship out of.

2. Do you have samples?

We do not have samples, but there is no minimum quantity to order. You can purchase as little as you want and the shipping cost is still the same.

3. Refund times and procedures

After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. Whatever the form of payment you used (Credit Card, PayPal where available), the refund procedure will start within 7-21 days from when us was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once we have checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

4. How secure is my personal information?

Your personal information will definitely secure. We will, however, use commercially reasonable security practices to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure, and that the appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unlawful or accidental destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized disclosure or access or other unlawful forms of processing are implemented. We may share your information with our legally affiliated entities. If we are merged, or in the event of a transfer of our assets, Site or operations, we may disclose or transfer your personal information in connection with such transaction.

5. Will my order arrive in one go?

 It depends on your order. Because we send your products as soon as they’re ready, you might receive items separately. If you don’t see all your products in the first package to arrive, expect another package to come with your remaining product(s). You can email us to get all information of your tracking numbers. 

 6. How will I know if my order has shipped?

We’ll tell you! Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

7. Can I get expedited shipping? 

At this time we don’t offer an expedited service. We work as fast as we can to get all orders out as soon as possible, but can’t guarantee your items will arrive by a certain day because it depends on your address, the post office and other relevant factors.

8. Can I cancel the order I just placed? 

Except for custom products, it is possible to cancel your order if you email us within 5 hours of placing your order. In addition, you can always return your item once it comes for a full refund including the shipping costs. 

9. What if I like a product that’s listed as “Sold Out” online? 

Contact us! Many of our products are customized, print to order, besides we restock often. Just drop us a line at support@blushnormanstore.com and we’ll research its status for you. 

10. Do you ship to my home address or I need go somewhere to pick it up?

We will deliver your order to your home directly. So please put in the correct shipping address where you are convenient to get the parcel.

Once it is shipped, you will get a confirmation email including a tracking number. All of our express companies are reputable all over the world such as USPS.
